"Save the cheerleader, save the world"

A little bit of despair this morning. For despair lies there.

In South Africa, after forbidding the killing of elephants in 1985, the authorities are now thinking of reactivating culling back ,and contraceptive methods. For South African reserves could not handle the 20 000 elephants that now live there. Of course they can't. How could they, when you see how small they are? Have you seen the size of the Kruger Park? So huge and so tiny. How could one try to make a difference in saving what is left of African fauna in those big zoos dressed in electrical fences? How to prevent the elephant from eating the bananas and coffee trees in the western Ghats? How to prevent them from moving from Zimbabwe to Bostwana, for this is a secular natural path? How to prevent them?
Why to prevent them?
For saving that brainy animal that keeps pretending he does is best and just extends the ruins every day.

What is left to do for the 300 whales that won't die this year for somebody had the great idea of putting that whaling boat on fire? Unlucky it did not actually sink. With the humans on it, for humans whose work is to kill whales I would not give a damn pressing a gun on their head.

Maybe it would make me more useful. For my science is crap. For making ancient DNA is useless, living in a world where people get excited if you tell them that you're gonna get Jesus DNA. With Immaculate conception, do you think Jesus would bear a Y chromosome? Suckers.

I really thought that science could make a difference. That it could matter. But science is just o bunch of suckers as the rest of the world I'm afraid. For the true ones, the right ones, they are so few that they cannot make a difference. The only hope that is left is to see how phylogenetics is harmless. Not sure it will last though, with those fraggin idiots who pretend they can rule the world with their mitochondrial little tag. This is not phylogenetics anyway, this is human fraggin pretention as always. This is not understanding, this is building chest of drawers.
